GETTING STARTED: Get yourself up to date before posting - read the stickies in the various sections of the forum. It's kind of an FAQ. Also, remember to do a search before posting questions. Your question(s) may have already been answered.

If you haven't already done so, post your current diet - daily calories and macronutrients (protein, carbs, fat) in the DIET section. If you do not know these numbers, don't worry. Just go to WWW.FITDAY.COM and enter the food you eat on a given day, and that site will calculate everything for you. Then post it all here.
