Did you just miss out the hamstring exercises in that post then or am I missing something? If you look at the beginning of this thread you'll see that it's usually squats instead of leg press. When you squat correctly there is a very significant hamstring component to the ROM. In fact, the way I do leg press (deep) there is even a hamstring component. I tend not to do any leg curls these days, if that's what you're asking. Actually never found leg curls to be all that effective, when compared to, say, SDLs. -------------------- |

I would agree about leg curls, probably because there's no movement in life that sees the hamstrings isolated like that, so the carryover is poor... -------------------- True progress means matching the world to the vision in our heads
